Lisa Lakes

  • Lisa has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years beginning in college where she attended the University of Cincinnati.
  • She is a certified functional trainer who maintains numerous nationally recognized certifications including IDEA, ACE, NCSM, AFAA Group Class, Aqua Aerobics, Kettlebell, Boxing, and Krav Maga.
  • Through her education and practical experience, Lisa has developed a program that is individulaized to each client's needs.
  • Lisa is committed to taking training beyond the gym workouts.
  • She works hard to push her clients beyond their own expectations and motivates them to achieve their maximum potential.

Willy Ehling

  • Willy joined the fitness center staff at The Club at Harper's Point in September, 1998.
  • Willy received his Bachelor's Degree from Wright State University.
  • As an undergraduate, he earned All-Conference honors playing tennis for Thomas More College.
  • Willy is certified by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) as a personal trainer.
  • He also holds a certification in CPR.

Lee Sandlin

  • Lee joined the fitness staff at The Club at Harper's Point in March, 1997.
  • He is currently the strength and conditioning coach at Ridgeville Christian School where he designs and conducts training programs for the schools athletes.
  • Lee has trained numerous national champions including 2001 Easter Bowl Champion Rajeev Ram and collegiate standouts Emilia Anderson (Stanford) and Audra Faulk (Vanderbilt).
  • Lee is also a competitive track athlete where he competes in the shot-put.
  • He is certified by The American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer, and also holds certification in CPR and First Aid.

  • Pattie joined the Fitness Center staff in 1991. She has a B.S. in Education from the University of Cincinnati.
  • She has been a certified aerobic instructor for over 20 years.
  • She is certified through the Aerobic Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as an Aerobic Instructor and Personal Trainer.

  • Carrie Hill, ACE CPT, M.A., is a small business owner, personal trainer and coach who helps clients make the transition from “health-half” to “health-full.”
  • With over 10 years experience in the health and wellness industry, she has helped clients manage health challenges including, but not limited to: energy management, fitness, healthy eating, stress management, weight management, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, and tobacco cessation.
  • Carrie offers a wide range of programs, products and services – from online monthly coaching, to in-person fitness training, to clinically backed nutritional products and more.

  • Maureen joined the fitness center staff at The Club at Harper's Point in May, 2001 as a Pilates and aerobic instructor. Maureen earned her Master's Degree from Miami University in Exercise & Health Studies.
  • She is also a graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's Degree in Education.
  • For the past decade, Maureen has worked in wellness, corporate fitness and health promotion with TriHealth.
  • Maureen is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
  • She is also a certified resist-a-ball instructor, and holds a certification in CPR.

  • With over 6 years experience in the health and wellness industry and almost 2 years on staff at Harper’s, she has helped clients make and maintain healthy changes that result in positive side-effects such as improved fitness, healthier eating habits, stress management, weight management, cholesterol, diabetes, better sleep, and more.
