The Club at Harper’s Point
2011-2012 Seasonal Court Time Contract
Welcome to the 2011-2012 winter indoor season at Harper’s and thank you for participating in seasonal time. Seasonal court time is the backbone of an indoor tennis club operation and your commitment is greatly appreciated. This year we will be instituting new procedures for seasonal court time.
- All seasonal court time forms must be turned into the front desk or emailed to Joey Spencer at joeys@tp1.com with a complete roster no later than Monday, August 22nd
- We will be unable to guarantee your court times without a complete roster.
- All players must be tennis members of The Club at Harper’s Point with a current account.
- Payments will be divided into 2 sessions. Each player must pay within the first two weeks in order to avoid a $10.00 service charge.
- If a player drops from the group, Joey must be notified of his/her replacement. If there is no replacement, the original player will be responsible for their share.
- Any changes to the roster must be made before the first day of play, including the purchase of balls for the season.
1st Session
Beginning week of Tuesday, September 6, 2011
Through week of Monday, December 26, 2011
*** There will be no play and you will not be charged for the following days:
Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
2nd Session
Beginning week of Monday, January 2, 2012
Through week of Monday, April 30, 2011
*** There will be no play and you will not be charged for Easter.
