Welcome to 20/20/20, our group exercise class that incorporates a variety of exercise types into one coherent, fluid, sweat-inducing workout. 20/20/20 combines 20 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of core exercise into one singular workout. The entire class will push your entire body, working you out in ways that you haven’t been worked out before.

The strength training portion utilizes resistance bands, dumbbells, and body bars and the core portion focuses additionally on abdominals, thighs, and buttocks.
