Tabata is a new form of working out that is gaining popularity throughout the United States. Here at The Club at Harper’s Point, we are proud to offer tabata as one of our group exercise classes.

Tabata is an intense workout where each exercise is only four minutes. Each exercise is divided into rounds where you complete 20 seconds of hard exercise, rest for 10 seconds, and then repeat this cycle for 8 rounds. The intensity of the workout will allow your body to burn calories and fat in just a short amount of time while building muscle and assisting with the additional workout goals that you have in mind.
