Common Questions About The Club

Welcome to our FAQ page, designed to clarify any questions you have about our membership policies, services, amenities, and beyond. We want you to navigate our facilities with ease.

Is there a dress code for The Club?
  • When on the courts, proper tennis attire is required.
  • We ask that you do not wear dark sole shoes on the tennis courts.
  • Proper fitness attire is also required while participating in group fitness or in the fitness center.

YES! As a member, you may bring guests to The Club.

  • We ask that members register their guests at the front desk in the main lobby and sign a waiver with each visit.
  • At this time we will issue guest wrist bands and there is a guest fee of $10 per guest per day (or $25 for a family of 3 or more).
  • We allow guests at the Swim Club anytime Monday – Friday during regular hours and after 4 pm on Saturdays, Sunday, and Holidays.
  • We do limit the same guest to 4 visits throughout the year.

Yes, there are additional fees associated with tennis activities, including indoor court fees. Members receive a reduced rate on private and group lessons, and advanced registration is required for selected programs.

There are additional fees for personal training. All group fitness classes are included with membership.

The Club at Harper’s Point offers 3 membership options: Full Club, Fitness Only, and Summer.

Memberships are available for Junior, Single, Couple, or Family.

Yes! Onsite childcare is available at The Club.

  • Nursery costs are $4 per hour per child. Payment is due in the nursery on the date of service.
  • Children must be of walking age to use the nursery. However, in order to accommodate our members, we will allow 2 non-walkers (at least 6 months of age) in the nursery on a 24-hour
    call ahead basis.
  • Parents MUST remain on Club property at all times while children are in the nursery. Note, nursery fees are included with Family Full Club membership.

In order to avoid cancellation fees, we ask that you cancel court and lesson reservations 24-hours in advance. Cancellations may be made over the phone or at the front desk – not via email or web
portal.
