If you are looking for access to UNLIMITED workouts in a group setting that still has specificity to your individual needs, our Group Training Sweat Sessions are for you!
Sweat Sessions are heart rate-monitored group training in the Fitness Centerled by NRG trainers. Classes are designed by modifying your workout intensity using real-time heart rate data to match one of the 5 desired heart rate zones. Eliminate the guesswork and improve the results. If you have been injured, dealt with stiffness, arthritis, or other health conditions that limit your mobility, we work in conjunction with our MAT specialists in order to pinpoint specific muscle weakness or areas of vulnerability, and address them as part of your training program. This is a unique approach to fitness, and we are proud to be able to offer this combination of services!
Our Personal Training services create a specific plan for you by exercising and training in a focused manner to meet your needs and goals. We are dedicated to help you safely achieve your goals by creating and executing these plans. Workout smarter, not harder!
Harper’s and NRG Fitness offers both individual and small group fitness sessions from novice to professional athletic level, as well as sport-specific cross-training. Individual sessions starting at $60/hour.
