Online Auction To Benefit The Make-A-Wish Foundation and other Children’s Charities
My name is Ken Burns and as many of you know I am playing in the Cincinnati Golfer’s for Charity golf outing which benefits the Make-A-Wish Foundation and other local children’s charities. The response from the members so far has been tremendous and I am pleased to report that so far over $2,000 in donations have been received. Your donations are greatly appreciated. As a way to raise more donations I am running an online auction. The online auction starts Tuesday, May 2 and runs through Wednesday, May 3 at 2:00. There are many great items on which you might like to bid. You could walk away with a great item at a great price while helping those in need at the same time.
Here is how the auction works:
1. See below for a list of items and the current high bid.
2. You may place your bid via email. Send bids to: [email protected]
3. Competing bids must be made in $5 increments. Example: If the current high bid on an item is $120, a competing bid must be placed at $125 or higher.
4. If a competing bid is placed between 1:30 and 2:00 on Wednesday, May 3rd the individual with the current high bid will be called and given a chance to re-bid. At 2:00 only those individuals involved in the “bidding war” will be allowed to place another bid until a winner has been determined.
5. Winners of each item must pick up and pay for their item by 6:00 on Thursday, May 4th. Payments can be made online on the Cincinnati Golfers for Charity website or by leaving a check made out to CGC at the front desk.

1-Round of golf for 4 with cart at Kenwood Country Club. Winner should call Kenwood CC pro shop for available tee times. Expires 12/21/2017. Donated by Kenwood Country Club and Harper’s Point and KCC members Hollis and Amanda Bottleson. Current bid: $100
