Kate is an elementary teacher and fitness instructor. She found a passion for working out in 2020 and has been instructing classes since 2022. Working out is a tool for not only building muscle and cardiovascular endurance, but for participating in community, practicing mindfulness, and for motivation to overcome challenges. Yoga, HIIT, and cycle are her favorite classes to teach. She loves curating playlists and conducting creative, yet structured classes. Kate is AFAA certified as a Group Fitness instructor and a Schwinn cycle instructor.
