If you are looking for access to UNLIMITED workouts in a group setting that still has specificity to your individual needs, our Group Training Sweat Sessions are for you!

Sweat Sessions are heart rate-monitored group training in the Fitness Center led by NRG trainers. Classes are designed by modifying your workout intensity using real-time heart rate data to match one of the 5 desired heart rate zones. Eliminate the guesswork and improve the results.
