Cincinnati Gym Offers Cardio Interval Training
CRT stands for Cardio Interval Training. Based on principles of high intensity interval training, our CRT class uses resistance bands in conjunction with tubing to create a high quality workout for you, all set to awesome upbeat music.
Open to all levels of exercise experience, the CRT class incorporates 40 minutes of aerobics using resistance bands with 20 minutes of abdominal core work to give you a complete workout that you will be so grateful for when you are done!
Our certified group exercises instructors lead each class and are ready to help you in any way they can. We look forward to having you join the class!
