T3: Total Tennis Training at The Club at Harper’s Point

T3: Total Tennis Training is an invitation-only program designed to meet the needs & demands of today’s serious tennis players. T3 streamlines the developmental process to meet the training needs & demands of today’s high performance juniors. On-court emphasis will be on customized smaller group training. The fitness and mental side of the game will be addressed through regular training sessions with certified personal trainers and sports psychologists.

T3: Total Tennis Training
T3 is our new tournament players program, run exclusively by Lynn Nabors-McNally. T3 is an invitational programs that streamlines the developmental process to meet the training needs & demands of today’s high performance juniors. On-court emphasis will be on smaller group training, “Lynn Nabors-McNally style.” Agility, speed, strength, & footwork training will be incorporated into the program by The Club at Harper’s Point’s Director of Fitness, Willy Ehling. T3 will also focus on developing the mental aspect of competitive tennis through regular sessions with a sports psychologist.

T3 Junior
Run by John Allare, T3 JR provides a pathway to our brand new “customized” top tournament player program, T3: TOTAL TENNIS TRAINING. On-court emphasis will be on building a strong technical & tactical foundation to assure constant & steady improvement throughout junior tennis & beyond. Balance, speed, strength, & footwork training will be incorporated into the program by The Club at Harper’s Point’s Director of Fitness, Willy Ehling.
