KickFit begins with an aerobic warmup and stretch which then leads into a variety of kickboxing moves and drills, all designed to push you and your body to new levels you have never been to before. The class will help you burn great amounts of calories while giving you an extremely fun time in a rocking class! Segments of weight resistance and abdominal work are characteristic of the class as well.
